Large Black Butte House - Perfect for Extended Families!

Golf Home 306 is a comfortable and spacious family home located just a short walk from Paulina Pool and tennis courts with quick access to Paulina Spring, the Meadow, and Big Meadow Club House. This 7-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house is perfect for large groups or multi-generational families as it offers four separate wings each with its own full bathroom. The large, fully-stocked kitchen has two dishwashers, two full size pantries, a full-size fridge/freezer plus a beverage refrigerator for ample storage. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage just off the kitchen. The house has three wood-burning fireplaces with gas assist in the living room, sitting room, and master bedroom. The house is equipped with central heat and air conditioning that allow for comfortable temperatures on all levels year round.

**Important Note: Black Butte Ranch used to charge a $9 per person, per day use fee for all renters year round. Renters used to pay this directly to the Ranch upon check in. This has changed in 2024 to a per night property fee that you will see included in your booking as a property fee.

This home was perfect! We had 17 for a family vacation. They had everything we needed and more! Very warm cozy and roomy. Loved the 3 fireplaces! Nice view, and plenty of games bikes for the kids. Kitchen appliances were abundant. Perfect for large families! We will definitely return :)

The house was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Beautifully set in the pine trees of Oregon. Very spacious and accomidated all our needs. The Ranch offers everything you would want: Hiking trails, pools, restaurants, quiet and serene.Communication with the owners was spectacular. The town of Sisters Oregon is a must visit.

beautiful wherever you look.

The property is on a quite cul de sac amongst fir and pine trees that are touching the sky, only adding beauty to the view. the house goes on and on with quite spots and family rooms, a place for everyone and everything. a large kitchen where we all hung out and talked. lots of memories and fun. thanks

Such a wonderful family reunion!

The entire family loved the large Black Butte house. We were able to ride bikes and walk wherever we needed to go. After full days of walking, biking and swimming our large gang played games and even had a ping pong championship! We will all remember this week!

House was perfect for multiple families. Big deck with view of trees. Having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sets of washer and dryers were a huge help with our large group. Comfortable beds. Easy check in process and prompt communication was fantastic! A couple of cons: 1 Deck could use another table to accommodate larger groups. 2. House could use a deep clean, especially the kitchen. 3. New carpet in the basement.

A Perfect Fit

We are so fortunate to have found this large 4-bathroom home for our family reunion of 10. We had bedrooms to spare! The home is huge, modern, clean, and well-located in Black Butte Ranch. Communication with the host, Elle, was wonderful, quick, and helpful. I had quite an issue with my VRBO booking and Elle worked with me to solve the problem. The house is fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen spices, to lotions and shampoos in the bathrooms. There were extra sheets, blankets, pillow in the closets. The grandchildren felt right at home downstairs in the large family room...complete with TV, toys, and games. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to stay again!

Great house at Black Butte Ranch!

Great house for a family of 10. Very comfortable. My dad has a hard time moving around, so it was very nice to have the master bedroom on the main floor. Overall very clean and a great location. Some feedback to consider: -Would be a nice touch to provide beach towels. Sure cuts back on what we need to pack in the car. -The cleaning fee we paid should cover the washing, drying and folding of the sheets and towels for each room. Nice not to have to worry about this while on vacation. -Consider 4PM check in time rather than 5PM. -Have an earlier departure time say 9AM (we hit the road at 9AM). Should give enough time for the cleaners.

Large, generous Black Butte chalet

A huge, warm and welcoming place - three fireplaces, a double oven, two refrigerators plus a beverage fridge, two sinks both with garbage disposals, two dishwashers and a very, very well-stocked kitchen make this a perfect place for a three-generation family of 12 like ours to spend time. Excellent location close to walking and bike trails, short drive or bike ride to the pool, and in a cul-de-sac with satisfactory parking on the property for our four cars. Beautiful, large windows, wrap-around deck, excellent temperature control heating, and very comfortable beds - lots of them! Games, plenty of books, and a large rec room with ping pong table and large screen tv. The whole feel of the place was so welcoming and light and comfortable. And the owners communicated so thoughtfully and helpfully. SO many charms to this property!! The only challenge for us was getting the linens (towels and sheets for eight beds) all washed and dried before noon checkout. Nevertheless, we would be happy to return again and again!

nice spot for a retreat

We had a group of 10 for a training retreat stay here. Big home with room to spread out, kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/appliances, bedrooms are basic but comfy. Please note the bunks are short if you plan to have grown ups in them -- particularly tough for the guys! Lovely deck with peaceful views.
