HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult).

SPECTACULAR GETAWAY FIND: Very private Glaze Meadow Black Butte Ranch (BBR) home, designed by Steve VanSant, is perfect for entertaining on the wrap-around deck w/ a beautiful water feature. Common area on 2 sides of lot. Pavers frame the entrance to the front door. Once opened, a gorgeous stone wall greets the Guest. In the Living Room, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and hearth are featured. The Living Room is open to a Chef's Kitchen & Family Room. Many windows make the home light & bright. Vaulted wood ceiling & beam in the Living Room, Family Room, Primary Bedroom & Shop/Office (off garage). Downstairs, a large primary bedroom has a big walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tile shower, tub & 2 sinks. Upstairs are two more en-suite bedroom/bathrooms. Don't miss the special wood panelled Shop/Office off the garage. Come enjoy all BBR has to offer: 2 golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, swimming pools, nature trails, biking & 3 restaurants.

We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visit vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!

We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it.
