BALCONY Has a nice conversation piece to sit and socialize with, with north-facing views. The propane grill will work great all year.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although up to two (x2) NON-SHEDDING PETS UNDER 40 LBS are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

The suite was comfortable - Linen was great, Needed more towels (pool), needs painting touch-ups and new carpet. The property looked "tired" - hallways/entrance need new carpets and paint, pool area was nice, grounds were nice.

Beautiful place with lots of space. The only downside was the parking. I would highly recommend this place, and would stay there again.
Check in was a breeze, accommodations were more than adequate with spacious dining/living room and with the ensuite no fights over the washrooms. Very clean upon arrival and easy checkout. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. The condo is nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and the bed sheets were like new. I appreciated the black makeup face cloths. Lovely location next to the lake.
Are stay was very good. Clear instructions were emailed before arrival. Place had everything we needed for are week stay, and everything worked. Close to shopping and lake. Nice pool with hot tubs for guests. Place was clean and ready for are stay. Parking was a little tight in underground if you own a big truck other than then that it was exactly as advertised. Would stay there again .
Condo was clean. Had a small issue with the dishwasher but figured it out. The main bedroom futon was not comfy to sleep on. Other bed was great. Owners were very responsive to questions. Very easy process of check in/check out. Was nice to have the basics supplied for use while staying. Nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay
This condo was great for our weekend away. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We had some issues with the wifi when we got there but management was very quick to solve the issue for us. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had no issues cooking all our meals there. Location is great and we loved that we could bring our pet with us. The only downside was the noise from the road. It's fine with the door closed, but we didn't spend much time out on the balcony because of it. Beware if you drive a truck- the underground parking is very low. Overall a great stay.
The property is just as it appears in the photos. We enjoyed our stay - the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were pleased that there was coffee available. The property could use an update with the rug but otherwise was suitable for our needs. It is unfortunate that the pool and hot tub are only accessible from 10 to 10. We did not have access to wifi while we were there but did not really need it for our computer and we were able to tap in to netflix and there were lots of great games for the gaming station.

We loved the location close to the lake. With a dog it is good to note that you have to walk off property for your dog to pee or poo; thankfully our dogs were good with this!
The condo is immaculately cleaned - I loved the crisp white sheets and all of the amenities and of course air conditioning in the suite. Public areas in hallways are tired and stained but that will not have any negative effects on your stay.
The suite overlooks the main entrance in and out of town but... the suite is also amazingly sound proof!!
We are very appreciative for this quick vacation and hope to be back soon.
