This popular location is also walkable to the downtown core.

BEDROOMS Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom Features a luxurious queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains and a giant walk-through closet.

GROUND-FLOOR PATIO Being right on the ground floor, you are able to walk straight out and onto the day`s adventure. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids run around the grass area. The propane grill will work great all year.
LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Everything was lovely and clean and convenient. Kitchen well stocked, and it was nice to not have to pack shampoo, conditioner and body wash. My only criticism is the mattress was very firm, and my hips became sore, as I’m a side sleeper. Loved the hot tub as well.
The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable to be in. Would stay again next time we're in Invermere. Communication was extremely easy with the land lords.

Good points: cleanliness; a generous amount of coffee, tea etc: and location.Not so good points: comfortableness of bed and sofa; a jumbled assortment of cutlery and crockery.
Great location, great walking path for dog not too far away. Lovely interior, excellent set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen is there.
Condo is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the beach, and short walk downtown, to restaurants and grocery. Condo is very clean, well appointed and an excellent lay out for two adult couples. Main floor location was perfect for our needs, underground parking is a very short walk to the unit. Owners communicated very clearly throughout the process, check in was smooth, and the condo was freshly cleaned upon our arrival. We’ll be back!
We have stayed in many condos in this property and this is by far the nicest. Owners easy to contact. Kitchen well outfitted. Will definitely stay again.
Went for a quick weekend golf trip. This condo served our purpose very well. It was very clean and had everything we needed including laundry. It was in a good location as well . Great place!
This was a great choice to enjoy the beautiful town of Invermere. It is easily accessible, close to the pool, hot tub, and gym with excellent access to a cute beach. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with basic supplies which made it very easy to adapt to a new apartment for a week. The building managers were super responsive and provided very clear and helpful instructions as we neared our stay and on the day of both our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this lovely little spot for your next visit to the area.

We enjoyed the rental very much. Close to amenities, the pool was great and we loved the walk-out patio. It made visiting with family easy and we appreciated the afternoon shade as it was very hot during our stay. The fully stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry were also very nice! Would stay here again.
This unit was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main floor patio provides convenient access to the outdoors.
This was a great place to stay. The only issue we found is it is hard to take little dogs off the property to go to the bathroom. It would be great if they had a designated dog area. Other than that, the stay was great

Check in was easy. 10 minute walk to downtown Inveremere. When we checked in there was pet hair on the furniture. Contacted the manager, they responded quickly, and offered to have someone to come clean, but we just started doing it ourselves.

From start to finish this was easily the smoothest family vacation ever! Simple booking, accessible hosts and great property. Quick access for loading/unloading, steps away from pool or beach and a variety of quick bites near by made for a stress free getaway. Many thanks for sharing this little slice of heaven on earth with us.
Location of the building was the best part, very close to lake and decent food options. I wouldn’t book this apartment again. Ground floor patio was filled with mosquitoes and no natural light. The pool was ok but not well maintained, bit dirty and not even any umbrellas for shade. Property management was good they offered a lot of information to assist with the stay.
