The house has peaceful, light-filled living spaces & indoor-outdoor living, with two decks for entertaining. There are creative architectural details and high-end appointments by Bosch, Duravit, Kohler, and La Cantina.

Relax in the open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with custom cabinetry, 14' stainless steel counter, bi-fold doors that open to an outdoor entertainment deck equipped with full seating surrounded by citrus, flower, and herb plants. The third floor has mountain views and consists of the master suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with both a glass-encased shower and a bathtub. The third floor also has a full laundry room with an LG washer and dryer. The second floor consists of the common areas including the second floor deck, dining, kitchen, living room and half bathroom. The modern living room sofa opens up to a very comfortable queen size bed. The first floor contains a work-live space with a bedroom with a full bathroom, a workspace area equipped with two monitors, a couch that opens up to a very comfortable full bed, and another half bathroom. The first floor has an additional deck with an overhang with a full seating arrangement, a perfect place to read and drink your morning coffee.

A great rental! Likely one of the best stocked rentals we've experienced, felt more like a home than a rental and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Super clean. Location is excellent, easy to navigate to restaurants etc and a cute grocery store just around the corner.

Modern gem San Diego

My wife and I stayed for the 2nd time at this property for the month of February. Great house, great neighborhood and just a great location. Management is great and house is well stocked

San Diego holiday home

Very clean property bedding and towels .Toaster didn’t work but was replaced new the next day ! Overall a very pleasant stay The only downside was the smell from next doors bins (a popular barbecue restaurant) when sitting outside.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay with three generations ranging in age from 34 to 93. The house is spotless, the amenities thoughtful and ample, hostess is gracious, and the kitchen and outside patio are wonderful. One of the great-grandmas did not find the pullout couch downstairs to be comfortable but we were able to put a few quilts underneath the sheet and she did not complain (much) the next day. It is very quiet in the house despite being close to a lively corner. A wonderful coffee shop is across the street and the bbq next door is excellent. Highly recommended. The hosts obviously care about maintaining a quality product and make sure guests enjoy their star.

Unique Container Home!

Our first thoughts once we arrived, was how incredibly unique this home was structured. A three tier container home with great natural lighting, great interior air quality, great furniture and amenities throughout. The bathrooms were well stocked with extra towels and closets had plenty of linens. The kitchen had a complete open concept and well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a great meal. The kitchen also had top notch Bosch appliances, it was quite fun to cook in. The host of this property would contact us right away if we had any questions. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect San Diego Stay

It was a real treat to stay in this lovely home. The house was extremely well-stocked, immaculately clean and in a wonderful location within walking distance of South Park, Balboa Park and the activity of North Park while being able to enjoy the residential neighborhood. Sarah (our host) made check in a breeze and was available to answer any question big or small while also offering restaurant and other suggestions. The third bedroom was a perfect remote working set-up and the desk in the primary bedroom allowed another area for remote work during our extended stay. Beds and furniture were comfy and the second floor deck was amazing! We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We hope to return to this wonderful property again in the future whenever we are in the area.

Another amazing stay in this wonderful home! As always, Sarah and Vivian made sure the house was clean, stocked and ready for our arrival. Check in instructions were easy and clear. We love the neighborhood and the proximity to so many of San Diego’s best places. This is by far our favorite VRBO rental - and we can’t wait to return.

North Park

I spent my 30th Birthday in San Diego and this Vrbo was a wonderful place to celebrate with friends. The main floor was perfect for socializing and enjoying the indoor/outdoor living concept. The bedrooms were a great size and we had bathrooms to spare which is rarely the case on a girls trip. Huge thank you to our hosts for the easy instructions and for an immaculately clean space.
