Shopping, restaurants ,and all the conveniences of State Street are only an 8 minute drive down the hill past the Santa Barbara's beautiful mission. Lounge poolside above the fog enjoying a terrific display of birds and nature. The immaculate and comfortable home features plenty of parking, 2-car garage, large living room with fireplace and sectional couch, large bedrooms including 2 king beds, streaming TV, internet, bbq, great cell phone signal, Subzero fridge, Miele dishwasher, and Samsung washer and dryer.
