Bright Spacious Home, HUGE private backyard, 10 Mins to PDX Airport

Spacious Home with lots of LIGHT 10 mins from PDX Airport.
2 bedroom 1 bath furnished rental on a large private lot.
Plenty of off street parking available, a front yard, HUGE backyard, sun porch and fire pit.
Upstairs bedroom has a super comfy King Size memory foam bed, Main floor bedroom has a double IKEA sofa bed.
High Speed WiFi and laundry room with washer and dryer.

We also rent out the separate studio apartment above the garage. They have a totally separate entrance on the left side of the house. The large back yard is fenced and available for the main house guests only. We share the laundry room with the studio apartment guests and they have a separate entrance to the laundry room from the garage.

I have been living in Portland since I moved here in 1992 to go to Lewis & Clark College. I started doing furnished room rentals in the house I lived in before there was Airbnb! I moved to this house when I was pregnant with my now 6 year old daughter. We now travel a lot and so we rent out our house while we are gone on our family adventure!
We recently did 10 months traveling around the US in our 27 foot Airstream Travel Trailer!

We love this property! It has a huge fenced backyard, sun porch, lots of off-street parking in the driveway, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly!
It is also only 10 mins drive to the airport.
You can also walk to the next street and see a view of Mt St Helens!
