Our house has everything you need for daily life: a fully equipped kitchen, board games, books, and toys. Located in the heart of the village, all shops are within walking distance. The most beautiful beaches on the coast are just a few minutes away by car, 15-20 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by bike. The region awaits you! The house has 5 large bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower room and toilet, and 4 upstairs, including a master bedroom with a private shower room. There is also a toilet and bathroom upstairs. All beds and mattresses are new and high-quality. Bed linen is provided; towels are available upon request. The bathrooms are clean and functional, although not yet renovated like the rest of the house. The children's room is filled with toys suitable for ages 2-8. The large landing offers a quiet space to enjoy reading. The library provides comics and graphic novels, magazines, cookbooks, photography books, and children's books. The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate both large family meals or gatherings with friends, as well as quiet moments. You will have access to a washing machine and dryer. The large living/dining room is bright and very welcoming. It features an ultra-comfortable sofa and a large, convivial table that seats 12 people. As big fans of board games, you'll have access to ours, available on-site. Two smart speakers are also available. The exterior offers great potential with its large, sunny terrace, an electric griddle for sunny days, and comfortable garden furniture. We also provide several bicycles, beach toys, life jackets, a parasol, a tent, etc. The house is very kid-friendly with a children's bedroom, a desk and game console, children's board games, tableware, and a suitable high chair (which attaches to the table). A travel cot with provided sheets is available, as well as a baby monitor. TV with Disney+ / Netflix / Prime Video.
