Awesome House in Beautiful Neighborhood

The separate downstairs living area is perfect for families. There are lots of nice sidewalks and trails for a little exercise. Park with play structure and swings for kids right out the back gate.

Great place for a group

We had a great family reunion here. We appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the clear communication for check in and check out. The owner was accommodating to our needs and very responsive. It’s about 30-40 minutes from Denver, we went to the museum and water world and had a fantastic time. Thanks for a clean, comfortable visit!

Great spot for multiple families!

4 Families enjoyed the first family reunion of the Covid era at this lovely home. Many shared meals and large gatherings were enjoyed with family members age 8-88. The home was comfortable, lots of areas to split up and hang out, and nice proximity to the park. The hosts were flexible and compassionate. Only good things to say about this VRBO!

Perfect for CU Boulder Graduation

We rented for May 2022 CU Boulder graduation. While we had a 20-30 minute drive to Boulder, it was so nice to be away from the traffic and have a nice quiet place to relax between ceremonies. The house is well designed for families and has a great park for kids just behind the backyard. The enclosed patio was perfect for May weather as well. Our only issues were a few missing utensils we needed for cooking, which we let the owners know about for future guests. Owner was very responsive and worked with us on arrival and departure times as well. Highly recommend this home if in the area.

2021 CU Boulder Parents Weekend

Property was beautifully kept in a lovely neighborhood with a spectacular view of the mountains. The backyard was park with walking paths and a soccer field and a big old tree just off the screened in porch. The neighborhood was filled with families and people walking their dogs. A very friendly and well kept place.
