About this property

This beautiful spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home is centrally located. Not far from anything you may want to do during your vacation. Want to go to the beach, hop on Foley Beach Express Way, you're there in 15 minutes, to enjoy the white sands and Gulf waters. Shopping? The Tanger Outlet Mall is just a quick drive away from shop till you drop. The team has games at the Sportsplex? It's only 10 minutes away. Restaurants, the choices are limitless. Take your pick.

If you want to relax after all these adventures, the private pool/spa setting at The Big Kahuna, is top notch.

On the main level one of the home is a Living Area with comfortable seating, one of the two fully equipped kitchens, has a breakfast nook that looks over the pool, and a dining area. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom on this level has queen size set of bunk beds. The second guest bedroom on this level features a king bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full bath. There is a half bath and a laundry room on this floor for your convenience.

The second level of The Big Kahuna features an awesome space: A media room with eight theater chairs. Play video games (must bring your own console), watch football or a movie on the 86-inch flat screen tv. You can play hoops on the electric basketball game. Outside of the media room is a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. If you don't feel like going to the main level, use the fully equipped kitchen on this level of the home. There are two bedrooms on this level. Each one features a king bed and futon, for extra sleeping. There are two full bathrooms on this level of the home, accessible from the hallway. *This home is pet (dog) friendly. Fees and management approval apply. *

After the close of the day and the family is all together they can enjoy grilling, playing outside, or just relaxing in the screened pool/spa area. You can also bring the fur babies along so they do not miss any of the fun. Pets will be approved by management.

Friendship

This house has so much space. We did not want to be on the beach so it was a perfect location for us. The house was very comfortable for us. One couple did complain that they thought the master bedroom was not cleaned well. I felt the rest of the house was clean though. We enjoyed our stay here.

Plenty of space

*Could leave more laundry/dishwasher detergents *mold on master shower head and around kitchen sink under the edge(master bathroom needs updated) *grass was overgrown but we didnt spend much time in the yard. BUT we went to visit family we hadnt seen in a few years and everyone had plenty of space. Loved this house. Internet was slow but we played cards and were in the pool or at the beach. Thermostat for us felt warm but everyone else was freezing and we stayed up late and were up relatively early, so we slept hard enough we didnt notice it was warmer then we like it. Most definitely would stay here again.

Disappointed

Garbage from previous renter was never picked up even after several calls. Had to leave garbage in garage. Grass was not cut until day before we left. Master bath needs update…shower floor has holes and mold in shower head. Internet service is weak. Furniture in 1st floor old. Beds were average at best. The price we paid was for a 4 star rental and we got a 2 star rental.

National Softball Championship / Vacation

We got there early and was not able to get in because they were still cleaning the unit. Overall we loved the property but because of all the rain the lawn was over grown but when I call Patti she had her man come and cut the grass. If it wasn't for all the rain we had while we were in Foley, our vacation would have been amazing. Could leave more TP and other supplies but we just went and purchased them. We did love the house though!
