It consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with dining area and equipped open kitchen (ceramic glass plate 2 fires, microwave, dishwasher, top fridge and small appliances, washing machine, dryer). On the first floor you will find a TV lounge with wardrobe and sofa bed (140 cm) with bathroom. The second floor opens onto a bedroom with 140 cm bed and TV as well as its bathroom.All completely renovated and tastefully decorated.Located close to various paid municipal parking and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Avall.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition.
