An easy 2 hour drive from NYC, the house is conveniently located between Downtown Riverhead (the Tanger Outlets are a shopper’s paradise and the kids will love the Long Island Aquarium) and downtown Mattituck and it’s charming Main Street, Love Lane. Southport and Greenport are also a quick 15-20 drive and boast a vibrant restaurant and boutique-shopping scene.

At once spacious and cozy, Sound & Vine has Hamptons-like amenities with a farm view and feel.
