Great location! Central to attractions not only at June Lake but up and down the 395 corridor. The unit was clean and the bed oh so comfy! Provided a great "base camp" while we chased fall foliage and hiked the area.
Great place, simple, very clean, way comfortable bed, nice layout of rooms, location is excellent. We saw a group of young deer on the properties across the street in the morning, and bunnies at night! Quiet. Best place we've stay at in June Lake and we've stayed at all of the lodges and inns. ;-)

Overall our stay was ok but the cabin is definitely dated in that the shared water heater with the other unit meant after one shower/bath, there was no more hot water (we had 4 children across the two units so most had to take a cold shower if we didn’t stagger their baths across the afternoon), the lights were very dim, the heater didn’t work with regularity, which was a challenge with two young children and worrying about their warmth at night.

Thank you for your review Kellie. Just to be clear, these units each have separate water heaters. If the heating of the home was irregular, that could have certainly be brought to our attention as no other quests have mentioned it before.
June Lake never disappoints and the location of this bungalow was ideal. It was a short walk to all shops and restaurants. The house was a perfect size our family. it was clean and an easy check in/out process a well.

Great property. Stayed for a wedding at June Mountain. This cabin was right in the middle of town and perfect. Very easy and accommodating as well.
We enjoyed our stay at June Lake. The only issue we had was the wall heater didnt work. We used the electric fireplace in the bedroom and then started a real fire and were toasty.
We had a wonderful stay at the Alderman property with our two dogs. It's the perfect location to walk to everywhere in town and evening walks to Gull and June. The condo had everything we needed to cook some meals at home and enjoys evening drinks on the porch.
Would 100% stay again!
We enjoyed staying at this property. After a small glitch checking in our stay was great. One suggestion tho, the stove needs an insulated handle. We would consider staying again when we come back.
Property was clean, well maintained. Check in and out was super easy. Bed was comfortable and it was very cozy. Being able to bring our dog to the snow for the first time made our visit such a treat. Definately would like to visit again and stay here.
Great location and really comfortable property. Would stay there again.
Overall, a great property. But no dishwasher and when we arrived, we found the dishes were not washed very well. There were food spots on many of them. Also, the bed spread had a noticeable stain on it. Would definitely book the property again, but would like a dishwasher! Thank you!
Overall, the property was clean and in good condition. The bed(s) could have been more comfortable (but this is the drawback of renting and not owning your own cabin). Also, the drain plug for the bath didn't seal, so our daughters needed to take a quick bath.
Cozy accommodations, messy handoff to property management
The property is as-described, but VRBO completely hands off managing your stay to June Lake Accommodations. Unfortunately, details such as an updated email, and a payment method for a second payment for the balance due, were not passed on properly. Also, June Lake never sent us a welcome email (even to the old email), so we were not notified of a pending pet fee. In fact, we were not even aware that everything had been handed off until shortly before our arrival. Due to this, we spent way too much time on the phone with vrbo and June Lake trying to figure out what happened, what we owed and why it didn't all happen automatically.
