Lovely location, very pretty area. Cleaner was still at house at 5:30 pm. They hurried through to get us in.

Thank you for your review Rose, however, you canceled this reservation due to a family emergency. This is not an accurate review of our property or company.
We all really enjoyed our stay. We had cabin 2 and 4. We loved being able to bring our pets with us and makes us want to come back again! It was great! Thank you!
The cabin was in beautiful and in great condition with everything we needed. There were a couple hikes you can do without having to get in your car. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Would love to go back!
The mountain view is spectacular and the reason we like coming here. We did not have a pet with us this time even though we stayed in a pet approved cabin but have stayed in another of the pet approved cabins when we did have a pet with us. It’s really nice to be able to take your pet with you. During the summer months, the cabin can sometimes get pretty warm during the day, and does not cool down until the later evening. Mostly, in the beautiful June Lake environment, this is not an issue because you’re out and about but still, one should be prepared for this . A couple of minor upgrades to the property… a little fresh paint in the bathroom in particular around the door frame and the door and a new toilet seat or entirely new toilet, would make a big difference. The screens that open to the absolutely gorgeous view in the back were both damaged with small holes. To someone like me, who a mosquito can find the minute I enter somewhere, that can be disappointing, especially if you want to keep the sliding glass doors open and were hoping that the screens would protect you from mosquitoes during the dusk hours while you enjoy the beautiful view. Overall though, it’s a great place to say and a great location. The morning we left, there were four beautiful bucks right in the front of the property where we park our car. We saw lots of rabbits and Blue Jays and chipmunks and other wildlife in the back which was also enjoyable.
The view was excellent and reason enough to stay here. Several hiking trails were accessible without having to drive. The cabin was stocked with the basics. FYI: It took just one day and night to learn that the cabin heats up extensively during the day (explains the multiple fans provided) but then chills down a lot at night regardless of heat during the day. Not worth starting a fire off and on but did need to use electric heaters quite a bit with cooler fall weather and thunderstorms.
This property is in a beautiful location within a short driving distance from multiple restaurants and recreation opportunities. The back patio looks out on a pristine alpine forest, which was great for just sitting and relaxing, and we were visited by multiple deer, quail and other critters during our stay. A hiking trail is right behind the cabin, which we only partially explored. We hiked around Gull Lake, rented a boat on June Lake and spent a little time in town—all within a few minutes’ drive. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely return.

June Lake resort
Too small for six persons. We were only four but were glad other two didn’t join. Very hot during the day this time of the year. A window unit of air conditioner could make it more desirable and comfortable. It was overpriced for the space and location of theses units.
Pictures on website were presented much spacious place then it is. It might be great during skiing time for cozy place but it was very small for us even we are not large people.
It was clean and sufficient for our stay. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom.
It was nice to have a place with a kitchen and bring our dog. There were a few issues though. First, the stairs to the second floor are way too small/narrow (not sure how this passed code) and I was actually concerned my daughter might fall down them in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Every chance I got, I reminded her to hold onto the railing (which was also loose). Second, the front stove nob does not control the burner it is assigned to (it’s switched). Lastly, which turned out to not be such a big deal and out of their hands, but we got a notification that the water to the cabin would be shut off for a whole day. We switched our plans around to try and be out of the cabin for most of the day to avoid it. The rental said they would compensate if we were inconvenienced and it did not come to that. It was crowded for two adults and a kid. Not sure how 6 adults would have fit.
But, it was good enough.
On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and warm, and the view of the mountain was nice as well. The furniture was comfortable when it was not sunk down into the frame.
This is our first stay in June Lake and we loved staying here. This sweet little a frame was perfect for our family of three plus our dog. The scenery around us was absolutely stunning. The large windows let you really take in the Mountain View’s that are literally right behind you. Communication was great and appreciated. We received emails here and there from June Lake Accommodations which was nice. One checking on us to make sure we’d checked in ok and then an additional email/phone call to let us know there would be an unscheduled interruption in electricity. The location was also great. There is hiking close by and only a couple miles out of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next trip to June Lake.
So many wonderful things to say about this cabin. I was so in love with the beautiful A-frame window from top to bottom.
Very clean, cozy & comfortable. Nice furniture & all the kitchen amenities needed to prepare great meals!
We had a blast here!
Very nice place, very nice and flexible management and we definitely recommend it.
We were going to be 6 but we end up going two of of us only and we enjoyed it.
