The view here was fantastic and we saw deer walk past our window every day. Great location to get to town and many wonderful hikes. We had a beautiful time in June lake!
Location is good and you can walk into town (about 2 miles). The shower is great...fantastic water pressure and heats up right away. Kitchen is well-equipped. Easy parking right next to the cabin.

Could be cleaner.
The building could use some repair. The sliding door and screen runners were dirty and the locks did not work on either. The lamps did not have working bulbs, but they repaired this immediately when I called them.

Won't be back!
I have been coming to June Lake for 45 years. This is the first time that I have been thoroughly disappointed with the accommodation. This is listed as a “2 bedroom”, there is only a single primary bedroom. While the bedding was clean, mattresses need a serious upgrade. While listed, there is NO dishwasher and NO cupboard space for food and other items. The windows on this A-frame face to the West. In the afternoon this place overheats. Completely unbearable. Needs a retractable awning or some means to prevent afternoon sun bearing down on this place.I would NOT categorize this place as “Family Friendly”. More for fisherman or hunters that don’t care about accommdations. The refrigerator and stove are for a camping trailer or RV.
