This freshly renovated two bedroom, 2 bath unit is located at the north end of Manasota Key on Lemon Bay and offers spectacular views of the unspoiled and pristine nature of the bay, including dolphins, manatee, sea otters, etc., and lots of birds. All rooms, except guest bedroom, open up to these views and to a lovely paved patio area on Lemon Bay complete with a pergola covering a bar counter with chairs and propane gas grill, a new dock, fire pit, picnic table with umbrella, and a bocce ball court. Relax in the living room or on your front porch with your coffee and enjoy amazing sunrises, or sip a glass of wine under the jasmine covered pergola while grilling on the gas grill. Enjoy a game of bocce ball overlooking the bay, or drop a fishing line off the end of the dock for a chance to catch Red Drum, Snook, Sheepshead, and Snappers. Bringing your boat? This unit includes a new dock with deep water access and a boat slip for your boat; however, water is only 18 inches to 2 feet deep in slip at low tide. If you can't park your boat in our slip due to low tide, there is a boat ramp just a little over one mile north, and there is room on our property to park your trailer. Kayaks are also available for your use and you can take off right from your own front yard. Sol Y Mar is secluded to avoid traffic noise yet is also close to shopping and restaurants. Englewood Beach village is just 6 miles down the canopy covered road with great restaurants and souvenir shops. Englewood Beach (6 miles) and Manasota Key Beach which has a boat ramp (1 mile) both offer beach yoga, and Stump Pass Beach State Park is just 7 miles away. Major shopping is just a few miles off the Key with the north bridge only 1 mile away. All you need to do is pack your bags and head to your vacation in paradise.
