Welcome to the Great Lakes region, and more specifically to Sanguinet in the Landes region, in the heart of a preserved natural area, with its lake and Landes forest. Varied landscapes, hectares of forest, and numerous water and outdoor activities will delight the whole family. Lake Sanguinet is 500 meters from La Girolle Gîte, with water sports, water skiing, and pedal boats, and the beaches are only 20 km away. In complete privacy, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the pretty garden filled with trees and flowers. La Girolle Gîte, entirely on the ground floor and on an enclosed plot of 1,225 m², is ideal for a successful vacation with family or friends. Shimmering colors and large bay windows in the living room and bedrooms allow natural light and views of the outdoors. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and an American-style refrigerator, a living room, as well as a colorful lounge (with TV). To accommodate 10 people, there are 5 bedrooms, including 1 in an annex (3 double beds, 2 single bunk beds, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet, 2 shower rooms, including 1 with toilet, 1 separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available. Electric heating at an additional cost. Baby equipment available. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and household linens are provided. The house features a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue, as well as a furnished relaxation area by the pool. The pool is weather permitting, from June to September. It measures 9x4 m and is 1.60 m deep, and is secured by a fence and alarm. Ping-pong table available. Free parking in front of the entrance gate. 15 km from Aqualand, Kid Parc, and the Ladybug Park, as well as oyster farm tours, not to mention Bordeaux, just 50 km away, with its châteaux and vineyards. Your stopover is here! Absolute escape close to the forest, the lakes and the ocean, with a private swimming pool as well!
