Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, this exquisitely decorated 2,284 sq. ft., 5th Floor Luxurious Condo has a large open floor plan that comfortably seats and sleeps up to 12 people with two (2) sofas, a love seat and extra chairs are readily available. The Condo provides four (4) bedrooms and four (4) baths. As you enter, take note of the elegant tray ceiling in the kitchen and pastel sky blue colors with six (6) black leather barstools, a huge kitchen island with a cooktop and beautiful granite countertops which is fully stocked with a large inventory of cooking utensils. The stainless steel appliances provide two ovens so you can cook for a crowd should that bring you pleasure. It’s the perfect place for a family reunion! The oversized kitchen has porcelain-wood floors, an abundance of custom kitchen cabinets and subway tile. The shuttered windows in the kitchen make this condo an elegant and inviting retreat! The dining table provides accommodations for a crowd. The two (2) master bedrooms provide a king size bed, 40" flat screen TV’s with access to the large private patio, as well as private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and 40" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom offers two (2) queen size beds, a 47" flat screen TV, DVD player and Play Station 4. Guest baths are located in the hall area for easy access. For your comfort, this unit provides 2 air conditioning units and two hot water heaters. This unit has two washers and two dryers provided for convenience, which allows you to take clean clothes home from your vacation.
