Surrounded by 5 acres of private land, Kingfield Kastle is the perfect place for your next family getaway! Beautiful family-friendly home with stunning views, cathedral ceilings, and privacy galore. Large, well-equipped kitchen with dual-fuel, double-oven, 5-burner gas cooktop. Radiant heat in first floor. 3 separate living spaces. Ensuite Master Bedroom. Upstairs loft with TV sitting area, ping-pong table, and plenty of room to stretch out. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and are located away from the main Great Room area. Interior hot tub room. Heated 2-car garage for skis and boot storage.

This is a great vacation home for your family, multiple families, or large groups.

Please NOTE: there is NO CABLE service at the house. The two Smart TVs have Wifi access and we are providing Firesticks for each TV.

Amazing house with even better views

Our family had a great time staying at the Kastle and skiing at Sugarloaf. Everything in the house was well organized and well labeled.

Beautiful House in a Beautiful Location

This amazing house has everything a group is looking for. Whether it’s playing ping pong, board games, watching movies or just relaxing by the fire pit, there’s plenty for everyone. The location is amazing and is conveniently located just a little over 30 mins away from white water raffling which was a blast. The pictures don’t do the house any justice as the layout is amazing including the indoor hot tub. Terry is quick to respond and we would definitely stay here again! This place is awesome!!

Spacious and Beautiful Property

Very clean, not too far from Sugarloaf, and multiple spaces for hanging out/common areas. The sunsets were amazing!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the skiing and the quiet of the Western Maine Mountains, after spending several years skiing the busy White Mountains of NH and the Green Mountains of VT. Luck was on our side when we found 5 acres of land with sunsets and mountain views. And then the most fortunate thing was finding the best builder in the region! We have shared our home with friends and family and felt it was time to open it to more folks.

What makes this property unique

This bright and sunny home was designed for families to enjoy each other and yet have quiet times as well. We take enormous pride when guests come to visit and have decided to share the home with others when we are not using it.
