Enjoy cooking your own meals or just making a hot cup of coffee in a fully outfitted kitchen. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and second bedroom has a Queen bed with a single bed lofted above. This above garage apartment in Asheville is a cozy, relaxing, and convenient home nestled in the heart of Asheville! Enjoy the spacious porch and firepit or take advantage of 10 mile drive to downtown Asheville, with a stunning privacy, 20 Mins from down town Black Mountain. This stunning cottage is very close to Warren Wilson College and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Parkway.

This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.

Easter Getaway

The area and property was beautiful. The cottage is adorable. I do think it should be mentioned you are literally staying on a mountain with a steep driveway! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. I love the area with all of the magazines and info for things to do.

Lovely Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Maddie's cottage. We were greeted with some delicious cookies upon arriving. The accommodations were great and the location couldn't have been better! You are close to downtown Asheville and to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely weekend at Maddies Cottage. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and super convenient to town, just a 15 minute drive to downtown. We brought our dog with us who also loved the space. There are close neighbors who also have dogs, as well as the property owner in the main house so if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs, like ours, you'll just want to be mindful of when you take them out. We met the owner the first day we were there and she was incredibly welcoming. As others have said, the homemade oatmeal cookies were the icing on the cake. I'd highly recommend staying at Maddies Cottage.
