Steve, thank you for sharing these details. We’re sorry the studio was not properly prepared for your arrival. The home is covered by an ongoing professional pest-control contract. Heavy rain in Mobile can sometimes drive insects indoors even in regularly treated homes, but we still take every report seriously and are arranging a follow-up inspection and treatment. We are also deep-cleaning the cabinets and appliances, servicing the mini fridge, evaluating the reported moisture and discoloration, and correcting the front-door issue. We are strengthening our turnover inspection process so concerns like these are caught before check-in. We regret that we fell short of the clean, comfortable stay you should have received.
