Tailored Craftsman

This craftsman classic has tall ceilings, an open floor plan from dining room to kitchen, and a downstairs entertainment room. The kitchen has a gas stove and a pot filler, newer French door fridge, a farmhouse sink, and top of the cabinets LED lighting!
Living room is furnished with MCM living room set, and a gas fireplace.
Dining room has a large table with seating for 6.
The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, both with memory-foam toppers!
The second bedroom has a work desk and plush office chair for a remote work space.
Wifi password is written on the refrigerator.
In the basement you will find a cozy entertainment/TV room with couch and 65 inch ROKU flat screen. Bring your Netflix password!
The street level garage is for you to use. The driveway also parks up to 2 cars in tandem.
The backyard is very private, bordered by greenery and landscaping. There is a Chimenea for your use, and patio furniture.

Bungalow Hideaway

This sweet bungalow provides the perfect place to relax, seek peace and quiet. The host has anticipated guest conveniences and comfort and is tastefully decorated. The backyard feels like your own private secret garden. One needs to be able to navigate stairs. I’ll stay there again when needed!

Very Good Stay_A Few Tweaks

We had a 3-week stay. The property was just as described and shown on the site - no surprises. Clean, beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located. Lovely, well-tended front and backyard. We were visiting family in the area and the house was terrific for entertaining. The images do not show it, but there is a large television and full laundry in the finished basement off the garage. The host was very responsive and accommodated our need for an early check in. Some minor tweaks would elevate the property even more: - Relocate the bed in the main bedroom. The neighbor has an a/c condenser located just off driveway near the bedroom window. It was slightly disruptive/noisy and we could not open the windows at night b/c the bed is right next to the window. - The weather while we were there was very stormy, we were looking for a flashlight just in case the electricity went out, but none was provided. Ultimately, we did not lose power, but a flashlight on hand would be a plus. - I cooked and baked quite a bit while there and although I would not expect tools like I have at home, a set of pots and knives that are a smidge better quality than provided would be a plus (and safer), especially for folks who are staying for awhile. All in all, we highly recommend this property and really appreciated the chance to bring our small dog along, too. Thank you.

This centerally located home was close to my office, included great nearby restaurants, and was quiet. The fully furnished kitchen was a blessing too.

Everything You Need in a House

We lived in this house for over 70 days. We had a wonderful check in experience and the house was everything we could hope for. It was cool when it was hot outside, it was warm when it was cold outside. The beds were very comfortable, and it has almost everything we needed for an extended stay. The house was clean and cozy. The biggest concern would be elderly or disabled people who have trouble navigating steps. There are steps that are required to get into the main level. If you can navigate those, you will love your stay. There were restaurants of every imaginable kind, all within 10 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed to make anything we could dream up. The neighborhood was quiet and appealing, and the house was decorated very tastefully. My wife commented about all the cute items. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cozy little place to stay for a little while, or a long while. You will not be sorry.
