Good location - but too expensive

Nice location, but house needs maintenance - too expensive compared to standard of houseBad service from host and you had to do a lot of the work that should be done from cleaners (as an example you had to drive away your trash for most of the week even though there were bins!)

Regarding pricing, we would like to clarify that the rates are aligned with market prices in this area, where property values and rental costs are generally high. As for the waste disposal, this is not part of the cleaners’ duties — it is the responsibility of guests during their stay. There are bins available at the property, and they simply need to be placed outside on the scheduled collection days, as indicated in the villa booklet. We are sorry if this created any misunderstanding and will ensure the instructions are made even clearer for future guests.
