Solaris Beach House is a beautifully designed double-level beachfront villa, peacefully positioned between Holetown and the much-loved Mullins Beach. Created with relaxed Caribbean living in mind, the house centres around generous outdoor spaces, including shaded alfresco dining, comfortable lounging areas, and a large private deck overlooking the sea.

The villa sits directly on Reeds Bay Beach, with private access leading straight onto the sand. Guests can enjoy swimming just a few steps from the house, with sandy conditions underfoot.
As with all natural beaches, conditions can vary seasonally depending on weather and sea patterns.

Please note that a government tax of 12.5% of the total booking cost applies. This may be paid on arrival or settled in advance, should you prefer.

Bedrooms

The villa offers five spacious en-suite double bedrooms, each designed to feel calm, private, and comfortable. Two bedrooms enjoy direct sea views and private balcony areas.

Bedroom 1
A generous principal suite with beautiful sea views, featuring a super king bed, large private balcony, dressing room, separate WC, and a contemporary bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and twin vanity units.

Bedroom 2
Also enjoying lovely sea views, this bedroom features a super king bed, a spacious private balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with twin vanity units, a large shower, and WC.

Bedroom 3
Located at the rear of the upper level, this peaceful bedroom features a king bed, ample hanging and storage space, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and twin sinks.

Bedroom 4
Situated at the rear of the lower level, this bedroom offers a king bed, generous storage, and a modern en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and twin sinks.

Bedroom 5
Also on the lower level at the rear of the house, this bedroom features a king bed, hanging and storage space, a chest of drawers, and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and WC.

Media / Living Room

Located on the lower level at the front of the villa, the media and living room is a relaxed indoor space designed for both downtime and work. It features a large screen with Apple TV and WD Live, a selection of board games, and a very comfortable sofa bed if required.
For guests needing to work remotely, there is a dedicated desk with a direct internet connection. Large openings allow views across the deck and out to sea, so the connection to the outdoors is never lost.

Gym / Fitness Room

The gym is located on the lower level and is equipped for light to moderate workouts, including a fitness bike, treadmill, free weights, bench, exercise mats, exercise ball, and additional fitness accessories.

Please note: the pool and jacuzzi tub are not heated but remain naturally warm year-round. The tub, in particular, benefits from being in full sunlight for much of the day.

Concierge & Staff

Our concierge team is happy to assist with airport transfers, pre-arrival grocery stocking, restaurant reservations, car hire, watersports, and catamaran hire — including collections directly from the beach in front of the villa.

Cheryl, our main housekeeper and cook, looks after the day-to-day running of the house. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room, and the in-house team typically take care of all washing and drying during your stay.
