Nice Updated Condo In A Great Location
Mesquite is a centrally located complex with easy access to everything in Palm Springs and is a very well maintained complexThe condo had been nicely updated, but given it’s a rental, there are minor nicks and scratches on some furniture which is to be expected to some degree given these units see a lot of people coming and going.It is equipped with basic cookware and wished there was a broiler pan. The washer and dryer both have a smaller capacity, so for a family it may take quite a while to do a larger load of clothesThe master bed is comfortable with a low profile mattress. The shower head in the master bath is quite low and the one in the smaller bath is much higher for some reason.As is the case with most places I have rented over the years, the water pressure is not the best and it does take quite a while to get hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sinksOverall I would recommend staying here. Very good communication with the owners and easy check in/check out instructionsDon’t be fooled….Some listings in Mesquite say it has an 18 hole golf course. The course has not been in operation for a few years now and is now a nature preserve
