Relax in our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath townhouse with central AC, WIFI, Washer/Dryer and ceiling fans in every room. Lower level has a half bath and features a spacious living area with vaulted ceiling, Leather sofas, beautiful Kaloko wood furniture, working desk if needed, 75-inch flat screen TV with Cable and streaming. Functional kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances you'll need to prepare meals if you feel like staying in, separate dining room and private lanai seating with tropical surroundings.

The upstairs master suite has lots of privacy with the guest bedroom located away from the master suite which has a king size bed, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable/streaming, a spacious master bath with double sinks, walk in shower, separate bath, and private lanai with loungers. Guest bedroom and bath has a queen size bed, TV with Firestick to watch all your favorite streaming apps. Great view of Mauna Kea and the Observatory from the window.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is designed around beautiful Anaehoomalu Bay, two golf courses, The Kings' Shops & Queens' Marketplace (both are outdoor shopping malls) with many restaurants, shops, and a gourmet grocery store.

The crescent coastline of 'A' Bay offers a pristine sandy beach with sports activities and rentals. There are shoreline paths, a turtle refuge and ancient royal fishponds, within a ten-minute walk from the property. At the Waikoloa Hilton (five-minute walk) you can enjoy many world class restaurants. The world-famous Waikoloa Hilton's Dolphin Quest is your opportunity to swim with Dolphins. The overall stay was awesome. The only compliant I have is that the AC was set to go up every hour. I found myself waking up in a pool of sweat when the the temperature gottvtob78 degrees by 4 AM.

Great place!

This place was even better than my wife and i were expecting. It was very clean and open. It was very nice inside. I really liked the electric reclining couches and the way that they also had an electric coushioned lift for the head rest so your neck wasn't straining while watching TV. This place was quiet and close to food and shops.
