Air-conditioned bedrooms. Towels and sheets are provided.

The shower room has a double sink, and a very large shower, also accessible from the terrace.
An outdoor hot shower to rinse off when you get home from the beach is located at the entrance of the house.
There are 4 sunbeds to relax on the terrace.
In the cellar, there is the washing machine, with a large outdoor drying rack.

The villa has its own gate and independent parking.

The swimming pool below is not usable but it is totally secured by barriers and a door impossible to open before 8-9 years old.

Non-smoking house. No pets. No groups of young people, no weddings and other parties.


Portigliolo is still a very unspoilt and wild place, where nature is spectacular. The beaches are not yet crowded and the landscapes are sumptuous.
Portgliolo beach is large and very pleasant and easily accessible on foot (7 mn).
Verghia beach, 10 minutes away by car, is paradisiacal, with its white sand and turquoise water where you can walk for 50m, ideal for the little ones.
The famous beach of 'Francis' is 25 minutes away with a good 4x4, or by boat...

There are many easy walks for the little ones, and not so easy, for the older ones.
There are some outdoor activities on the beach (hard tennis and sailing school, canoeing, windsurfing, etc.), others 10 minutes away (jetskiing). Very good restaurants too, with lively evenings.
You can rent boats for the day or week on the beach. It's a relaxed and very family atmosphere, with lots of children.

You have a great change of scenery and the holidays are very relaxing.
