The property is a little worn but in a good way. Old but well thought out and sturdy built with some nice extras. Beautiful views and plenty of parking space!
The house worked for us but a few things would have been nice to know ahead of time. We traveled with a 1 year old and 4 month old. There was no gate or door to block the steep staircase to the basement, we improvised and used a pack-n-play to block while the 1 year old was upstairs. Had to buy batteries for a remote, toilet paper, and paper towels for our stay. Not a big deal but feel those items could have been provided for a group of 10 people staying 5 days. Not the newest house on the block but for the price it was absolutely cozy, comfy, and made for a great time for our adult children and grandkids. We would stay here again!

Super convenient right off the road to town. Wonderful panorama of Wheeler Peak at the dining table. All our needs were addressed and handled sufficiently. Great host. Will use them again.
Perfect cabin for our group. Beautiful views and perfect location. We had 4 couples pulling side by sides and there was ample parking for trucks and trailers. Reasonably priced. Had a wonderful time and recommend for others.
Great property, great location, just minutes outside of town. Would recommend it to anyone. Only disappointment was in the kitchen cookware. Limited and needing upgraded. Otherwise awesome!
Overall the property was very nice. The WIFI information was wrong on the welcome paperwork, and there was no communication on how to check into the property. I send two text messages and called about 4 times to get check in information.
Property was easy to find and was absolutely beautiful! The inside of home was amazing, warm and cozy, everything we needed. We did have difficulty getting in and out of icy driveway, but property mgmt sent someone to help us out promptly. Will definitely be back!!💖

Nice but old property
We had a nice time. The property was close to town which we liked. The property was clean but clearly needed some updates on the inside. The carpet was super old and in some places had nails that came through. The wood floors were also old and posed a tripping hazard. The kitchen was fully stocked but with really crappy items. The living room was very small and not very comfortable. Overall the place works but for the amount they are charging I expected much much more.
We had an amazing time. Really loved the cabin and the location of it. Staff was very friendly. I needed an extra key and within 10 mins of asking, a key was dropped off to us. Definitely will stay here again. Only thing I wish it had better of was the screens on the windows. At night all the bugs flew in!
We had a great time staying in this cabin. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather and have some private time. The deck is perfect for relaxing or eating a nice outdoor meal. The area is quiet and close to town and easy to get to. We enjoyed grilling, hiking to the river, watching a moving on a rainy afternoon, reading and having a glass of wine on the deck. The cabin manager was on top of things and checked in with us often. We felt very welcome. We cannot wait to go back!

Nice, quiet and relaxing
We went to Red River to escape the Texas heat and were delighted to find this gem. Just 4 miles outside of town with great views. The management staff are so helpful and kind. It was a bit large for us as we didn’t use the bottom floor except the laundry room. It was still worth the cost and we hope to go back next year.

Very comfortable house
The house was comfortable and clean. The location is very nice. The support people are great. We ran out of propane for the grill and called them. I told them the following day would be fine, but a handyman showed up an hour later and we talked about other minor issues (like a light out in a stairway) and he took care of them promptly. We wish they had a slightly better equipped kitchen including "pot-holders" We really enjoyed the cabin!!

Love this cabin!
The house was exactly what we expected from the pictures! The owner was very accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We had trouble getting the tv to work(operator error) and they saw to it that was fixed. Will definitely stay here again!

one word .. DESIRABLE Living
In a Nut Shell..the place was more than we could have imagined ! .. clean, warm .. with a really pleasant drive from town. Accomodating our every need.
We were fortunate in meeting Suzi, the owner next store and .. in our time of need.. her grandson Jonathan came over to help push our truck up out of the ice onto the road.
We hope we have left the place as we found it, we would have vaccumed, but didn't find one.
Thanks so much..

Great place
This property was just right for our family Christmas vacation - just the right distance from the ski slopes - we enjoyed the outside stove, deck, porches and firepit. The mountian views all around were spectacular.
