Property has been painted since the photo on the listing. great location. Only issue we had was the heat and limited windows that open.

Great location, great service, and the property is also more spacious than the photos would suggest. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. You have two small balconies overlooking Main Street and then one large balcony on the backside with a view of the mountains. Host was also very prompt with helping us when we had a question. And the Pac-Man arcade game is a nice touch! Made for a lot of fun during our downtime .

We had a great stay at the Candy Cabin. The space was roomy, clean, and comfortable. One of the best parts was the location: it’s an easy walk to several great restaurants and local shops, which made everything convenient. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the selection of family games it was fun and gave us some great downtime together. The views were incredible, during the day and especially at night. We spent time out there stargazing, it was absolutely beautiful. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a great atmosphere.

Our family really enjoyed the Candy Cabin and its location in the heart of Red River. It allowed us to walk to anything in town we needed. The space inside was good for our group of 5, and could have accommodated more as well. Everyone had their own space and bed. Our young ones enjoyed the loft. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen and laundry in the cabin. The back deck made for nice seating in the evening and beautiful views of the mountain and sunsets. We all enjoyed the board games and Pacman games. The host was proactive with communication and easy to reach for any questions. The home was clean and ready upon our arrival, and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We traveled up to Red River for a quick family vacation. The Candy Cabin easily accommodated all 6 of us (adults). The place was clean and very comfortable with plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed the evenings, sitting on the deck, listening to live music from the bar a couple doors down. The host was very receptive to all my questions and responded very quickly. We had a wonderful time!
