We stayed at this property for 6 nights, everything was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We were just far enough to many shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very quiet and peaceful. Ed and Cindy are amazing hosts, we will be returning next year!

The place was extremely nice but the could not sleep on that bed again. Sinks way down like you are in two hammocks with a big lump in the middle. May work for some people but we couldn’t sleep. Other than that extremely nice and very well stocked. Good location to sports on the Beach complex for tournaments.

This is the best place I have stayed at. The hosts were wonderful. Their hospitality is unmatched. They have a beautiful property that is well maintained and close to all Delaware has to offer that we were looking for. The place was clean and in such a safe part of town.
