About this property

Pet Friendly 3 Bedroom, Close to the mountains!

Located 25 minutes from Castle Mountain Ski Resort and 30 minutes from hiking in Waterton National Park this amazing accommodation in the heart of Pincher Creek has exactly what you are looking for. Located on a quiet cul de sac next to a green space and park
This spacious, boho inspired upper level home is perfect for families to get away and enjoy the mountains. The large open concept living, dining and kitchen area is a great space to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring.

The kitchen is smart and functional and has everything you will need while you are away from home. Whether you love to cook or just want to toss in a frozen pizza, this kitchen is well stocked with everything we thought you might need from pots and pans, a toaster, electric kettle and even kids plates, bowls and cups. Because we love coffee, we have supplied you with all of the K-cups you can drink.

The living room is bright and comfortable with lots of seating for your group. Stoke a fire in the wood burning stove for some added warmth in the evenings as you enjoy a good book or your favourite shows on Netflix, Disney+, PrimeVideo or SportsnetNow. A sliding door in the living room opens onto a large and partially covered east facing deck that offers great sunrise views over the golf course.

The 2 larger bedrooms are sophisticatedly decorated and each have queen beds with very comfortable pillow top mattresses. The third bedroom has a twin bed and doubles as an office with a built in workspace for if you need a quiet area to get some work done.

The large main bathroom is bright and open. Are you a bath person or a shower person? It doesn't matter because we have both for you. The modern doorless shower has a rainfall shower head and the large soaker tub is located right under the frosted window. A combination washer dryer can be found in the bathroom closet to keep you looking your best during longer stays.

Traveling with kids? This can be tough. Don’t worry we have kids too. We know that it can be a challenge to fit all of their things into your vehicle. Well, leave the high chair and playpen at home and let us provide them for you.

Outdoor living
One of the best features of this house is the location. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with mature trees and situated next to a green space with a small park and frisbee golf course basket. The backyard is fully fenced and guests can enjoy the large partially covered deck on the east side of the house that is sheltered from the wind. The largest park in town is located a block and a half west and main street is a few minute walk down the hill to the North.

Traveling with pets
This house is pet friendly. Please touch base with us prior to your stay if you are traveling with your pet to make sure that the house is a good fit for you. Because we do not know your fur baby, we ask that you do not leave the house without them (do not leave them unattended for any length of time).

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Whether this is your first or fiftieth experience with VRBO, we strive to make this a truly excellent one. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Please note that we require potential guests to review our House Rules and also provide us with a few details prior to accepting or pre-approving a booking. Some things we like to know include:
- Why are you coming to Pincher Creek?
- Who will you be traveling with (children, adults, etc)?
- Do you have any special requests (ie playpen, high chair, etc)?

We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. This is particularly helpful to us if you do not have any reviews from past hosts or if your profile is lacking in "verification" details from the website provider. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.

IMPORTANT INFO:
This house is an upper level -main level- of a house. There is a basement suite with a full time tenant living there who has a tame dog. There is no access to the basement suite and they have no access to the upstairs either. There might be noise transfer from the basement as well as neighbours and traffic in the area.

My family and I live in the beautiful town of Pincher Creek. We LOVE where we live and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Most days we are not working we try and take advantage of where we live whether that is hiking, skiing, paddling, swimming or relaxing outdoors. Our two kids tag along with us and truly enjoy just about anything we do together as a family. When we are working we work at a school and on an ambulance. We also have some rental properties and enjoy working on homes as well as meeting the many people who come to our area of Alberta.
