Charming house in the heart of the village of Lomener.

Comprising on the ground floor: large living room/lounge with fireplace, kitchen and laundry room with toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
On the top floor: a master suite with a bathroom and toilet.
Garden with trees and fenced!

In total we have: 3 double beds + 4 beds in 90 + a drawer bed in 90.

The Cleaning and Sheets options are not included in the rental price, they are to be added as an option in your request.

Une bonne petite maison de vacances avec surtout compte tenu de la chaleur un très agréable jardin. On a été surpris par le délabrement des meubles du jardin. 2 chaises longues en lambeaux 4 chaises de jardin cassées. C'est très dommage car la première impression est mauvaise. Mais après avoir caché les éléments cassés dans un coin tout allait bien. La propreté de la cuisine n'était pas top. Le plan de travail douteux, les poêles à frire encore pleines de résidus. Au total une bonne petite maison de vacances, un agréable séjour, les détails qui clochaient ont été vite oubliés.

Pas de torchons ni tapis de bain mais l'agence a pu nous en fournir rapidement.Gros point négatif : l'obligation de marcher 15 min pour jeter ces poubelles, sachant que la plupart des vacanciers à Groix sont sans voitures.Très bon acceuil à l'agence et disponible.Très bien placé sur l'ile pour profiter et se balader.
