If you love listening to the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore the spacious balcony at Regency Isle 1003 is ideal for experiencing the soothing sights and sounds of the beach. By extending your living and dining space out to this outdoor venue many possibilities are open to you, especially since access to the balcony is available from the living/dining area and the primary bedroom. Sit back and relax in the jetted tub in the main bathroom where you will also find a separate shower. The floors throughout the condo are tile or wood and a wet bar adds to your convenience.

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great balcony

The balcony on this condo is huge, and being high up you have a great view of the gulf. The decor is a little dated, but we didn't care about that. Definitely a good place to stay.

adequate for our needs

My husband and I came for 4 nights. We were here in a different unit with the whole family just 2 months ago. The building is wonderful. However, be prepared to bring your own pool floats or beach chairs, blankets, hairdryer, or the extra little touches you often see in units. The price of this unit we believe correctly reflected that. We were satisfied.

Vacation 2023

Regency Isle was so nice. We loved this condo and would for sure be back here. We were in different condo in 2021 and would rate Regency much better! Loved everything about the this place and absolutely loved the balcony! Best vacation for sure! 5 star rating for sure!

1st time in orange beach

The best part about this condo is the oversized balcony right on the ocean!! Beautiful view and proximity to the water. The pictures look better than the actual place. Everything was very dated.
