Magnificent apartment for 4 people with all the desired comforts, there are two beautiful bedrooms equipped with cupboards and silent fans, a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, towel warmer, towels, a hay available, a nice separate toilet, a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a large terrace fully equipped to spend good moments of relaxation, there is also access to 2 swimming pools and a tennis court with bracelets that will be given to you on arrival, including free outdoor parking spaces available.

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Carrefour and Aldi shops, 8-10 minutes from the city centre and its shops, as well as its good restaurants and beaches. You are well located to visit the surroundings of Cavalaire which will surprise you such as for example the beautiful Rayol garden which is a 15 minute drive away.
