The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family fun

My family came in town to see my child in the Little miss Shrimp Festival pageant. We wanted a place where we could all be together, and this condo was perfect for us.

Called about ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom not functioning correctly could not sleep WTH it on& never could get any of the TV’s to work. We had to watch movies on iPad! I called as soon as we arrived & no one contacted me to fix anything!

A nice and well laid out condo. Super clean. Perfect views.

This is a great condo in a great location in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores area. This particular unit is on the 7th floor. We enjoyed the layout of the condo and the views of the beach were fantastic. The outdoor pool is pretty basic, but we did see people cleaning it every morning. They also mopped and cleaned the elevator every morning as well, which was unexpected and nice. Regarding the unit itself, the kitchen is maybe a little dated and the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is very loose on the wall. Outside of those two very minor things, the condo is great. And I don't know which company they use for the cleaning, but we go to Orange Beach a couple of times every year and this was one of the cleanest units I've stayed in in quite a while. I would rent this one again for sure.
