La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This 53m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The flat comprises a living room opening onto a furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, South exposition.
The living area includes a sitting area with TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed.
The second bedroom has two beds 90 x 190 cm.
