Tower Shores in North Bethany Beach is a private beach community and is located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway just a short distance from the beach. Enjoy the solitude of Tower Shores or take a drive to downtown Bethany or Rehoboth Beach for casual or fine dining, strolling on the boardwalk, or shopping. Experience one of Delaware's fine state parks located just to the north. This multi-level duplex-style townhouse is just a short distance to the ocean. Level one offers carport parking, an outside shower, an entrance to the foyer, and an extra entrance via the stairs. Level two offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and two covered decks. Level three offers living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a living room with a large flatscreen TV, two decks, and a powder room. Level four offers a primary suite with a sitting area and a deck with a bay view.

There is no lifeguard at this beach.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
