Welcome to the "NIDA"! Relax with family/friends at this peaceful home close to the ocean. We are a half block to the ocean with a private beach. After a beautiful day on the beach you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower. Relax on the front porch or the back patio with your morning coffee or evening drinks. This 3 bedroom condo is very clean, comfortable and well maintained.

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s rental. Everything was clean and well kept. It looked exactly as described. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk is just a quick ride away.

Cutest beach unit ever

The owners’ manual was very detailed. It was perfect for the four of us. It was steps from beach, even though the unit wasn’t ocean front. Neighbors were super nice. Everything was labeled. I love that in a rental.

Excellent stay at the NIDA

My family and I had wonderful stay at Karen's home in Tower Shores. The unit is a half block from the private beach, which was very convenient for us to go back and forth between the beach and house as needed. The unit was super clean, and just as described by Karen. Karen was a great host, always quick to respond if needed and offering to help as needed. Instructions were easy, clear and as expected. The home is very comfortable and in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again, and I HIGHLY recommend.

Mid Week Stay

Absolutely loved the rental! Perfect for my 86 year old mother who was able to walk up the single flight of stairs and short walk to the beach. The condo is very comfortable for 6 of us. Updated appliances and very clean. Enjoyed the back deck for morning coffee. This is our second year at Tower Shores! We love the uncrowded beach area yet proximity to Bethany and Dewey. The owner was extremely responsive to my questions at the beginning of our stay. Would definitely stay at Karen’s condo again! Thank you Karen for a wonderful mid week stay!

Lovely Summer Beach Vacation

Located between Bethany and Rehoboth beaches, this condo is one of four in the NIDA building. Chosen because it is a short walk to the ocean with no major roads to cross as you walk to private beach. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Excellent communication with owners.

This condo is perfectly situated - private beach access steps from this lovely condo and near the bay side as well. Short drive to the heart of Bethany Beach and boardwalk.

Great little home by the beach

We had a great time at the NIDA house the last week of August 2024. We were in one of the first floor apartments. It was very clean and seemed fairly recently renovated. It had everything we needed. We didn't cook much so the single burner stove (no oven) wasn't a problem. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient beach access. We loved being able to use the provided beach chairs, umbrella and even a wagon to take our stuff to the beach. The outdoor shower also came in handy after a day at the beach. We also took advantage of the front and rear decks to sit outside in the morning and evening. It is nice the rear deck faces a wooded lot. We did hear people above us walking around but it wasn't too bad. Karen was very responsive to any issues or questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Overall. we would consider this house again for a beach vacation.

Awesome location

Our group of four ladies thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental. The location was perfect with the beach access being so close and Matt’s Fish Camp just down the street. Their cocktails are fabulous and we enjoyed our lunch time apps so much we went back for dinner the next night. We were fortunate enough to meet our host, Karen, who couldn’t have been any nicer. You can tell she takes great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring everything is spotless upon arrival.. We cant wait to come back!!!

Perfect getaway

Great stay in a great neighborhood

This place was great and perfect for a small family. The entire place was incredibly clean and very welcoming. It was great to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning and night. The back deck was great to relax talk to the family/friends. It was SO hot the week that of our stay. The air conditioning was amazing and kept it nice and cold on those hot 90+ degree days! The whole neighborhood is very welcoming and nice. I had a lot of family and friends staying in nearby places, which made it so easy to walk around and meet up on the beach. Karen was very accommodating for any questions or requests we had. She was always so quick to respond, which made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend this place and if I am lucky enough to visit again next year, this place is at the top of my list!

Excellent stay for the family

The property was described well in the listing. It was a great spot for a family beach weekend. Karen let us check in early on arrival so we were able to utilize the amazing private beach early. It’s an excellent spot. Will stay again 100%.
