Welcome to this spacious, four-bedroom single-family home on the bayside! This coastal retreat has been recently updated with all new furniture, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher for 2021. It also features a large deck with canal-front views and a boat dock. When it comes to entertainment, this home also has five flatscreen TVs and free WiFi!

Please note that this property is located in an R1 zoned area. Per Ocean City ordinance, no more than 4 unrelated persons may occupy the property during a rental period and guests must complete and return the enclosed registration form. Maximum occupancy limit strictly enforced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Golf Outing

The pics in VRBO are not accurated, very surprised how dirty and torned/ripped up the couch and chairs were - stains everywhere. The grill didn't work and that was most of the food we brought down with us - steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken etc - we ended up eating out a lot. The HVAC was working properly - it was 58 in the house for 2 days, after 3/4 calls to property mgt team, somone finally showed up at 10pm to fix it. Bdrms were fine - nice and clean. Lucky for us this was a fathers/sons golf trip as none of our wives would have ever stayed here.

Property needs some TLC

Great location and plenty of space for all of us. Furnishings are adequate but could use a good cleaning. Bathroom floor tile in one of the bathrooms is broken and poses a safety concern especially for children. In the same bathroom, the tub has been painted and the paint comes off when bathing, again posing a concern for young children. Some of the walls are significantly marked up/dirty. The dishwasher didn’t work. There are no knobs on the cabinets making it difficult to open. Cookware was less than adequate. Outside shower and hose do not work. Many screws on lower deck stick up making it unsuitable for bare feet. Coffee maker did not work and after making Vacasa aware of this, they replaced it the following day with a 4 cup coffee maker. We expressed our frustration with having a hotel size coffee maker for a rental property that accommodates 13 people. Vacasa was satisfied with their remedy and took no further action as they were “busy”. Home has great potential but needs some repair work. Disappointed with management

Just OK

The only reason i am giving a 2 is for size and location. House was big and had modern appliances but the AC did not work well. Some bedrooms were freezing cold and others were excessively warm (all zones were set to same temp) when we arrived the cleaning crew had not come. There was a huge pile of dirty towels in the entry way. Cleaners showed up at 430 (half hour after check in which 4pm is already a later check in time than most rentalsm. They did not clean thoroughly. They barely touched the bathrooms, did a quick spray mop of the floors, and did not vacuum. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black from walking barefoot. We spent extra money on cleaning supplies and cleaned the place ourselves the first two days. The cleaners complained about not being paid enough and that they got lost trying to find the house. Apparently it was their first time? They also cleaned with their 5 month old daughter and after showing up late went outside to smoke a cigarette instead of starting right away. This place has potential to be really nice but they need to fix the ac and get better cleaners.
