Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever!

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Let’s start with the beautiful unit. Wow factor. Very modern. Very very clean. AC will freeze you out. TV worked great will multiple streaming channels. Host was so helpful with my email problem. My email is just like Bill Clinton no way it will ever be faithful to me BUT The Host helped me through it. Edgewater is The Panama City Beach Resort. Everything else is just a condo, just a hotel, if it’s not Edgewater it’s just wrong. This unit has a beautiful view. Bed was so comfortable. Last but not least The ice maker on the refrigerator works. Book it. Enjoy your beach trip worry free in this unit.
