Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Limited Air Conditioning!

Nightmare vacation fighting with rental agency fighting to fix AC. 75 degrees was the interior low with the high a whopping 79 degrees in the bedrooms. Sheets had sand in them, dishwasher didn’t clean properly and the floors were dirty.

Great location

Spacious condo right on the beach. It had updated floors and the kitchen was in good shape. The bedrooms are large compared to other condos we've rented. It can use some updates in the bathrooms, but for the money it was good. The view from the balcony was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
