About this property

Enjoy this open A-frame cabin totally secluded and nestled in the woods, featuring a king bed in upstairs open loft and a double bed on main level with one full tub/shower bath. The large outside front porch provides outdoor dining including a gas grill. Enjoy the gentle sound of the birds and nature as you rock away your stress. Prepare a family picnic so you can enjoy those beautiful mountain days or build a campfire in your fire pit during those cool mountain evenings under the stars.

The unit comes with Wi-Fi, and free parking. We make sure that the cabin has absolutely everything your need - including all the streaming channels and the little things you might forget.

On-site, we have over 10 acres of hiking trails, a pickleball court, tennis court, a treehouse, and a creek with jewel panning.

Lake Toxaway comes from a Cherokee term meaning "Land of the Redbird." These red birds were thought to be an expression of the spirits of those that had passed. As soon as you step onto the land, you'll be able to feel its calming, sacred energy. The cabin is within a short drive to popular hikes that include DOZENS of waterfalls! An ideal base to explore Lake Toxaway, Cashiers and Highlands, and the Blue Ridge Mountains,

Thanksgiving 2022

What a perfect place for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving! My wife and I have 2 young adult children - one in College and one just a year out of college - so while our home is under renovation we decided to find a place we could all meet and celebrate Thanksgiving together and this cabin was great! super clean and offered everything we were looking for. The Host was great and everything was like posted - the only thing that was little different was the only open space was at the firepit area - However there was so much in the small community to walk around including trails and even a field with a horse and a donkey - absolute fun!

Comfortable, cozy and cute!

I LOVED the cabin.! Nestled in the woods it was so peaceful. The decorations were so cute and fitting. Elizabeth, the host, was very nice, helpful, and kind. If my travels take me through that area again, I will definitely go back to the seven foxes at Lake Toxaway.
