Ideally located for a quiet holiday with family or friends, Bastelicaccia is a village located 20 minutes from the centre of Ajaccio, 10 minutes from its airport and 15 minutes from the port. It is 5 minutes from Porticcio, a very lively seaside resort and close to the most beautiful beaches on the South Bank. You will find in the village all amenities (restaurants, mini-market, bakery, butcher, caterer, petrol station with charging station, medical centre, etc.).

The top of the villa Casa Storcki, a new construction with all modern comforts and fully air-conditioned, has a capacity of 6 people and can go up to 8.
On the garden level, there is an apartment that can be rented separately or with the top of the villa. The 2 accommodation is totally independent to preserve privacy.

In July and August, arrivals are only on Saturdays from 4pm and departures at 10am maximum. Weekly rental.
Outside this period, arrivals/departures are possible every day, identical schedule with a minimum of 4 nights.

The top of the villa can accommodate 6 people.
The day area is composed of a large bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen which overlooks the terraces and the swimming pool. There is also a storeroom (storage and washing machine).
The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet.
2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a bathroom (shower and sink) and a closet.
The 3rd is a master suite with sea view, queen size bed, cupboard, small desk and full bathroom (140x90 shower, sink and WC).
It is possible to accommodate 2 additional people on the sofa bed in the living room (with supplement).

The outdoor area with superb sea, mountain and pool views is the promise of having a good time over a drink in the cocooning area and good meals around the table and plancha in the covered area.
To cool off, a heated swimming pool (7x3.5m) and its beautiful relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor shower (fully privatized for this accommodation).

You can also practice pointing (or shooting) on the petanque court or take a nap or a bit of reading in the Zen area in the shade of the olive trees. The petanque court is accessible to travellers on the ground floor.
For your comfort and to lighten your luggage, bed, bathroom and household linen are PROVIDED and the end-of-stay cleaning package is mandatory.
Board and beach games are at your disposal. WIFI throughout the villa.
On request, we provide free baby equipment (folding bed, high chair).
A book with good plans for outings awaits you.
