The tile house is a family home that has been on our family since Great Uncle Thomas built in the 1940's. He and his mother lived there then our father bought it and remodeled it for our mother. Our father was a frugal remodeler by reusing leftover tile from construction sites. He left his mark on the home so we only updated a few things to make it more comfortable. We want to share our family home with others to enjoy.

It was very comfortable and easy to access, loved how they left some coffee for us to have
The property was very roomy and comfortable and close to everything. We had a wonderful time. I would stay here again and will recommend this house to our friends.
We had an amazing stay at the Tile House. All the beds were very comfortable. Downtown is literally around the corner. Lots of restaurants and cute little shops.
Continently located in old town with lots of activities dinning and shopping in the historic part of town. Nice older property which has been renovated and comfortable for the family stay.
Wonderful location off of Main St yet comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and kids). Every experience (train, state park, Blazing M Ranch) was less than a 10 minute drive away.
The property is just on the other side of main street in downtown which made it close to everything. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more.
Clean and tidy, and lots of room for our large family. The owner provides an adorable art/craft/game corner for kids and adults. Well-appointed kitchen and baths. Excellent location to downtown Cottonwood -- we walked to meals during our stay. It was a wonderful experience!
This house is one block off Main Street and was very convenient to wine rooms, great shopping and amazing restaurants. The house has all the amenities you’d need. TV’s in every room, not that you need them but a nice touch. Even a little fireplace in the living room. We had a great stay.
This place was perfect to visit downtown Cottonwood. Just park and easy walk everywhere. Communication was quick. House was clean and comfortable. Good value. Very short drive to the train. Cottonwood restaurants have great food. Thanks for the stay!
The location is perfect as old town Cottonwood is less than 2 minutes walking distance. Parking right in front as well! The house has lots of space, very clean with great amenities & very quiet. Everything you need for a weekend or week long stay. The communication with the host was excellent.
Very clean property with easy walk to old town restaurants. Good home base for exploring Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon. Prop manager VERY responsive. Home is a bit quirky but that’s it’s charm. Recommend.
Simple, quirky spot with a great location. Just off of Main Street shopping and dining. Free LVL2 EV charging 50ish yards away. Dog friendly, just be considerate if you brings pets. We always have a great time.
We were a little hesitant when we rented but I must say we all loved the stay , checking in / checking out was super easy . The home is a perfect location . We loved how thoughtful they were to leave extra soaps , shampoos , body wash etc for those who were to excited for a vacation that forgot some stuff . Overall great experience an definitely renting again .
This is our 3rd stay here. Nothing fancy, just a nice clean place that is super convenient, with plenty of room. If you have an EV there is free level 2 charging just 50yds away. Everything in Old Town is walking distance.
.The house is super quirky, but that is part of the charm.
We had a great time. The location was so convenient. Close to trails and downtown Old Cottonwood, where there were great restaurants and wine tasting. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Jessie was great. Very responsive when we had trouble figuring out the Roku. And the place had everything we needed and then some. My husband and I and our two dogs had a great time during our weekend getaway.
Close to restaurants, free car charging 2 doors down at the park, and we don't have to leave our dogs at home. Nothing fancy, just a groovy little spot. This is our 5 or 6th time staying here, I lose count 😁
We had a great time. If you plan on going to tasting rooms this place is perfectly located. It backs up to the Old town Main Street shops, located right behind the Red Rooster.
Also a great spot if you have an Electric car. The town and APS have 4 free level 2 charging stalls for all EV types less than 100 yds from the house.
We normally stay with family in Cottonwood. As a great deal of family were in town - we decided to rent a house. This was perfect! About 2 miles from my son's home. Easy access - great location. Clean - comfortable beds. Full kitchen & washer/dryer. Surprisingly quiet! Would definitely recommend staying here
We were celebrating our son Newton’s 25th birthday and the house was perfect. House was in a perfect location to enjoy the winery tasting rooms and restaurants of Old Town. Owners even provided a cake which was a much appreciated gesture. House was clean and met all our requirements. We would rent again.
Mike and Betty Luttrell moved to Arizona in 2005 to be close to Mike's extended family in the Verde Valley. His mother, Betty was born and raised in the area and Mike spent many summers in the area. He enjoyed it so he came when his parents retired here. We wanted to make sure their retirement was enjoyable with family and friends. His parents lived and enjoyed this home so much during their retirement. It was filled with love, laughter and good food with family and friends. They are gone now so we want to share their home with others so they may have the some love, laughter and good food here as well. Please relax and enjoy your time here.
