Diane and her group were the best guests! They left everything super clean, tidy, took care of trash and linens even though we didn't request it in our checkout instructions. We would love to have her back again and highly recommend her to other hosts!

Good location very close to old-town cottonwood, impeccably clean, fast wifi, well stocked, convenient. Beds were very comfortable, and great back yard with a nice fire pit. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommended! Thanks much to the owners!

Stayed with 4 other mountain bikers as Cottonwood is much less expensive than Sedonda and was less than 30 minutes away.House is large with plenty of room for whatever you want or need. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms large and the 2.5 bathrooms were great for 5 people.Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely space. Clean. Well appointed. Friendly, communicative hosts. Appreciated the small touches of the labeled amenities. Very nice coffee bar and loved the little treats. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Really couldn’t ask for much more of our short stay. Thank you very much.
