The house is located in a peaceful, rural setting at the foot of the Luberon mountains. Renovated in 2021/2022, it is very bright and benefits from air conditioning in all rooms. Spacious with its 50m² living room, it features four double bedrooms, one with a mezzanine and two single beds, one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. You will enjoy the pool area with its large terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue with a griddle for al fresco dining. Ping-pong table, pétanque, hiking, mountain biking, etc… The accommodation: The house is on one level with high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and consists of a fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher) with direct access to the terrace, as well as an utility room (pantry, large refrigerator/freezer, washing machine). There is a large 50m² living room with stone flooring and a large TV with internet access. There are 2 sleeping areas comprising 4 bedrooms, including one bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and a mezzanine with two 90x200cm beds, one bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, a separate toilet, one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with its own shower room. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet. The exterior includes: - A large 11m x 5m swimming pool with a gently sloping depth to a maximum of 1.70m, protected by an alarm and heated by a heat pump. - A large, fully equipped stone terrace (non-slip) to fully enjoy the sun and the sound of cicadas. Sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, 2 large 2m dining tables, Weber gas barbecue/griddle, ping-pong table and pétanque set. Finally, sea lovers will discover Cassis or Marseille, just 1 hour away. Important tourist sites are located nearby: the Lac de la Bonde (5 minutes), Cucuron (10 minutes), Lourmarin (20 minutes), Bonnieux, Lacoste, Gordes, the ochre quarries of Roussillon, the Verdon Gorge, and many other places… Other remarks: The villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
