Grat Place

The Unit was nice & clean. It was directly account from Publix & Dunkin donuts. The beach was about a 5minute walk. The only issue was that I had trouble with the internet and tv. The property manager was great and made a call to have it fixed. I will stay there again

Note, the host charges an excessively high amount for Security deposit. This appears as a charge. I had to pay this amount to my CC, and then wait 21 days after our stay, the max amount of time to return the funds, as the host did not release the funds for the full 14 days he was allotted.Then, imagine our surprise to enter the apartment on day one to be gaged with a choking toxic fume. We go into the kitchen and find 8 detonated canned cockroach bombs placed around the kitchen. All drawers and cupboards wide open so every plate, glass and utensil as well as all surfaces are coated in toxin. That was the end of any cooking plans for us. Didn’t prevent us from seeing cockroaches during our stay. Wish I had a crowbar to open the rusted out windows for some clean air. Btw, the windows do not lock, so forget about security on this ground floor apt. Apart from this, it’s your basic slummy apt dressed up to look good for the photos. It is across the street from the grocery store and convenient to the beach. At least that much was represented accurately.
