Everything was wonderful. A little gem walking distance to town. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Can’t wait to stay again when we come back to Apex.
We loved this little house! It was close to downtown Apex and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. Very quiet peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved the outdoor porch area too! Overall we would highly recommend this house!
Super cute little house, fantastic location for walking around downtown Apex. The little screened porch was such a lovely bonus for enjoying some outdoor time.
When we first arrived we felt welcomed by the small lights on to light the area. House was very clean and located within walking distance of downtown Apex.
We've stayed at Mark and Claudia's rentsl before with great satisfaction each time. All the comforts of home, so close to town, beds firm but not overly - just as we like. Attentive hosts promptly resolved an issue with the dishwasher. They are both nice and responsive! If it's free when you need a place to stay in Apex, grab it.
The house is in a great location to enjoy downtown Apex and it’s close to Cary. It was nice after dinner to walk 3 blocks to get ice cream and in the morning to get coffee. Also, several good bars and restaurants right there. Screened in porch is nice for evening and the hot afternoon. Back yard is small, but that wasn’t important for us.
It was a great weekend in a well equipped home. Enjoyed everything, especially the porch. The only disappointment was the yard needed a little tender love and care. It was conveniently located to downtown and our family in the area. Would definitely return. Great neighborhood.
It was perfect for my husband and I. The location was perfect for walking into Apex for dinner or a morning coffee. We loved the cozy ambiance of the living room which was created by the thoughtfully decorated Christmas tree and shimmer lights added to the back of TV.The 2nd bedroom was not good for a 2nd couple to stay.
Appropriate for 2small children. Overall, we had a lovely time &enjoyed meeting the host of the property.
There was only one roll of toilet paper
There was no bottle opener
Mattress on bottom bunk needs to be replaced very uncomfortable
The home was very well maintained clean & very cozy great location
Easy & reasonable arrival & departure rules
Would definitely stay there again & make recommendations
Convenient to pretty much any area in RTP and within walking distance to great food and a brewery. Everything’s was great. Very clean. Coffee pods was very thoughtful. My only suggestion is to replace the box spring on the bed it creaks really loud when you roll over. Other than that everything was perfect.
The positives: clean, perfect location, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, plenty of room, laundry services, fresh linens. Owner very responsive.
The negatives: the mattresses need to be replaced, couch is uncomfortable, no cushion and no propane for the grill or fire pit inside the screen house.
Would stay again if mattresses were updated.

We enjoyed this rental for it had everything needed including appliances and comfort. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we loved the close proximity to downtown. We had trouble with the front door lock and figured out that pulling the door toward us when activating the lock code from outside enables the lock to disengage. Likewise turning the lock a couple times inside upon departure freed up the mechanism when it got stuck. Nice new comfortable bed and plenty of coffee Keurig pods, but we brought our own. If available for our next visit with family we'd definitely consider this rental.
I would call this cottage quaint. Really comfy, except the second bedroom. Uncomfortable futon type of mattress. The place could use an ice cube tray. Otherwise perfect. So closes to town. Cool little spots. Coffee, food and bar choices. Did an escape room with family. Within walking distance from houses. Great value for their money. I thank the owners. Nice job.
Pros: Great location on a safe street near downtown Apex. Rental was very clean. Affordable option.
Cons: Like many reviewers have already commented, the master bed is terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worst night of sleep I have had in a long time. The safety rail on the bunk bed is also broken, so we did not trust it for our smaller children. Main door does not unlock easily. Definitely needs to be repaired as it took us close to 10 mins of entering the provided key code before we were able to access the property
This is cutest place! We rented this due to the amazing close proximity to my family (they live on the same street!) for the Thanksgiving holiday and we were not disappointed! The beds are very soft and comfortable, the kitchen was full size enough for us to make our own contributions for dinner including a whole turkey and you can't beat the neighborhood and having the police station right next door! Downtown Apex is so nice, plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance including coffee shops. Very pet friendly too. We will definitely be renting this place again when we go back to North Carolina. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you so much for providing such a great getaway :)
