This contemporary ranch offers all the amenities that you will need for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. In addition to the home, the property features a large fenced-in backyard with a back deck, patio, gas grill and fire pit. Located in the established neighborhood of Scottish Hills, you will be able to walk to public parks and greenways as well as have easy access to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The proximity to the RDU Airport, area hospitals, and Downtown Cary make this home ideal for short or long-term stays.

Three bedrooms (King, Queen, Daybed with 2 Twin beds), two newly renovated baths (walk-in shower and tub), an office equipped with a monitor and standing desk with separate spaces for work and relaxation. Cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, make some fresh coffee or Nespresso to start your day, ending your day with a glass of wine while relaxing on the deck. The home features high speed Google Fiber WiFi, Smart TVs, a gas grill and wood burning outdoor firepit (indoor fire place inoperable).

The home is located on a safe and quiet cul-de-sac within the desirable Scottish Hills neighborhood. The neighborhood has mature trees, public parks and tennis courts, and several greenways all within walking distance of the house. The proximity to the RDU Airport, area hospitals, and Downtown Cary make this home ideal for short or long-term stays.

Wonderful home

The hosts were highly responsive and eager to assist at move in. We stayed for 6 weeks and truly loved the location and home itself. There are numerous paved trails within two blocks of the front door. There are nature trails within a 15-minute drive that are beautiful. The home is clean, easily fits 6 people. The host leaves all kitchen items including items necessary to bake. Spices, oil and coffee is provided. Washer and dryer were helpful. We had two small dogs that absolutely loved the fenced backyard. They have returned home slimmer from chasing the squirrels who befriended them by tormenting them by running along the top of the fence. Absolutely highly recommend this location. Great stay.
