Located on the 2nd floor - Uptown Classic 1 has been newly furnished to bring in elements of modern, designer touches with the focus on high-end comfort for our guests - Not just your place to sleep at night. We are your hub to an authentic St. Augustine Experience.
Access: Walk up the exterior stairs on the side of the smaller building on the property.

Exterior: Private bistro table set located at the front entrance.
Parking: 1 off-street parking space available.

Things not working

Nice property, good location. Had no basic TV service. Was told they have Xfinity (property manager came out 3 times to fix) but latter was told it's a smart TV, streaming only and they provide NO subscriptions. Want to watch the News? You Can't. Plus no instructions on TV use and property manager was not much help. Microwave did not work. but we had 3 toasters. Only provide address and check-in info morning of check-in by e-mail. That's a problem if you do not have e-mail access. Said they would text info to me but did not. Address should be available for planning purposes in advance of check in.

Lovely and convenient

Very convenient to downtown. Bright, clean and cheerful accomodations with a comfortable bed. The host was very quick to help when I had misplaced our check-in information.
